The Gottlieb Center for Fitness offers more than 80 group exercise classes each week, available free to members as part of their monthly dues. From water classes in the warm water pool, mind-body offerings in the studio, to cycling classes in the small exercise room, certified instructors teach classes seven days per week, from 5:45 a.m. - 8 p.m., and schedules are refreshed with new additions three times per year.
